Return Period

You may request a refund for your Spanish course enrollment within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. This return period applies to all course packages offered by Elbowsyouth.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your Spanish course return request must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within the 14-day return period
  • You have completed no more than 25% of the course content
  • You provide your enrollment details and reason for the return request
  • The course materials have not been fully downloaded or extensively accessed

Return Shipping Costs

Since our Spanish courses are delivered digitally through our online platform, there are no physical products to return and no shipping costs associated with returns or refunds. All course materials are accessed electronically.

Return Process

To initiate a return and refund for your Spanish course:

  1. Contact Elbowsyouth customer support via email with your enrollment details, including your name, email address used for enrollment, and course package information
  2. Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  3. Our team will review your request and verify your eligibility based on our return policy
  4. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed one-on-one tutoring sessions that have already taken place
  • Personalized course materials that have been customized specifically for you
  • Spanish course content that has been fully accessed or downloaded
  • Course enrollments where more than 25% of the content has been completed
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day return period has expired

General Legal Requirements

This return policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if our Spanish course services:

  • Have a major problem that cannot be fixed
  • Are not provided with due care and skill
  • Are not reasonably fit for their intended purpose
  • Do not match the description provided

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Spanish course enrollment at any time before the course access period begins or during the 14-day return period. To cancel your enrollment:

  • Submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard, or
  • Contact Elbowsyouth customer support directly via email

If you cancel your enrollment, access to course materials will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the same terms and conditions as our return policy.

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for enrollment
  • Processing typically takes 10 business days from the date of approval
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed
  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your payment provider or financial institution

If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your refund reference number for assistance.
